Please read the rules for using the services and facilities in the water and thermal zone of the "Therma Palace" 5* hotel. They are mandatory for all visitors to the complex and guarantee your safety
Persons under 14 years of age may use the services of the Spa Center only in the presence of an attendant.
Persons under 14 years of age are not allowed in the sauna and steam bath located in the Water Zone of the complex.
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to bring bicycles, mopeds, bulky objects, flammable and explosive substances. Please use the specially designated bicycle spaces if necessary.
Emergency exits are used only after explicit orders from the complex's employees.
Please do not take actions that do not meet your physical capabilities and health condition.
Hotel "Therma Palace" 5* is not responsible for lost or stolen items not handed over for storage.
It is mandatory to use slippers and appropriate clothing (swimsuits, bathrobe or towel) when entering the area.
Please use a swimming cap when entering the pool.
It is mandatory to use the showers before entering the pool.
The use of the spa and thermal zone is not allowed by persons who have consumed alcohol or narcotic substances.
Running in the areas around the pools and jumping into them is not allowed.
The use of glassware on the territory of the water areas is prohibited.
Smoking on the territory of the complex is not allowed.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Pre-booking guarantees that you will receive the desired therapy at the most convenient time for you.
Please inform us when booking if you suffer from high blood pressure, allergies, varicose veins or any other illness, or if you are pregnant.
If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please specify this.
This is the place to find out about the penalties you owe if you cancel your session.
To fully enjoy the therapy, be with us 10 minutes before the reserved time. In case of delay, this will reduce its effectiveness. Your therapy must end on time so that the next guest is not harmed. The beginning of the therapy begins with the reservation time and ends with leaving the spa cabin. Shower time in the therapy room is procedure time.
Canceling a SPA reservation - sometimes you have to cancel your appointment. We at the Hotel "Therma Palace" 5* expect you to notify us of this in a timely manner.
Communication with the therapist is important. You can discuss with him/her all aspects of your program, including light, sound and room temperature.
FITNESS RULES
It is mandatory to enter the gym with clean shoes.
It is not allowed to bring food into the gym.
When working with the equipment, please use a cloth to protect the leather parts.
If you have any questions about the proper use of the equipment, contact the instructors.
Please put the weights and dumbbells back in their places after finishing working with them.
Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the fitness center.
Hotel "Therma Palace" 5* is not responsible for valuables and personal belongings not handed over for storage.
