TYPES OF NUTRITION

• Meals on a BB basis (bed and breakfast, hot drinks, table water).

• Meals based on HB+: breakfast and dinner (international cuisine); Bulgarian brands of wine and beer, soft drinks and juices, table water at dinner.

• Meals on an All inclusive basis: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner (international cuisine); Bulgarian brands of alcoholic beverages, wine and beer, soft drinks and juices, table water.

*All types of meals under Diamond and Elegant packages include a festive New Year's dinner.

SURCHARGE POLICY:

• Children up to 2 years old - free.

• One adult with one child from 2 to 11.99 years old - 100% of the price of a double room.

• One adult with two children from 2 to 11.99 years. - both children pay 50% of the price for an adult.

• Two adults with one child up to 11.99 years old. - the child has free accommodation.

• *Two adults with two children up to 13.99 years old - Each child pays 50% of the price per adult for a double standard room with a bunk bed -2+2

• An adult on an extra bed in a room pays 80% of the price for an adult on a regular bed.

• SGL - Double room for single use – 20% discount from the double room price.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  *Early registrations with up to -30% until 15.10.2024:

• Payment of a deposit of 50% of the reservation value within ten days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or in cash at reception.

• The remaining 50% of the reservation amount is to be paid by 10.12.2024.

• Free cancellation up to ten days after booking confirmation has been sent.

• In case of cancellation after the specified period, the prepaid amounts are not subject to refund.

• If the number of nights is reduced during the stay, a penalty of at least 1 night will be applied.
