· One adult with one child from 3 to 5.99 years - 100% of the price of a double room.
· One adult with two children from 3 to 5.99 years. - both children pay 50% of the price for an adult.
· Two adults with one child up to 5.99 years old. - the child is free.
· Two adults with two children up to 5.99 years old - the first child is free; the second pays 50% of the adult price.
· An adult on an extra bed in a room pays 80% of the price for an adult on a regular bed.
· SGL - Double room for single use - 20% discount on the double room price
· Children from 6 to 11.99 pay 30% of the adult price for the package

· All prices include VAT, insurance and tourist tax.
· Accommodation of one pet up to 3 kg - BGN 50 per night.
· In connection with the Cash Payments Restriction Act (CPA) on the territory of the Terma Village complex, the amount that can be accepted as a cash payment must not exceed BGN 10,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency!

Ø *Early registrations -20% and -25% until 01.10.2023:
Deposit payment 30% of the reservation value within 7 days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or cash at reception.
The remaining 70% of the reservation amount is to be paid by 10.12.2023.
Free cancellation up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the reservation
For cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date, the deposit is non-refundable
In case of cancellation received after 01.12.2023, 100% of the reservation amount is retained
In case of Force Majeure circumstances, with an official document certifying the illness of one of the persons on the reservation, the amount can be verified for the next reservation.
Ø For reservations made in the period 01.12 - 21.12.2023.
Deposit payment 100% of the reservation value within 3 days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or cash at reception.
Free cancellation up to 3 days from the reservation date
In case of Force Majeure circumstances, with an official document certifying the illness of one of the persons on the reservation, the amount can be recertified for the next reservation.
